We are looking for Customer Support to help us communicate with client.

Job Description

  • Provide high level customer service and proactively develop and maintain strong customer relation.
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; actively follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Work effectively across a variety of channels: database, phone, email, live-chat, etc.
  • Keep records of customer interactions.
  • Escalate customer issues.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.

Requirement

  • Fluent English, spoken and written.
  • Outstanding communication, problem solving, active listening and understanding skills.
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
  • Have basic skills in administration such as filing / data management, typing, and others.
  • Ability to understand and use computer, office equipment, and phone well to support a good customer service.
  • Detail and multitasking (working on multiple problem at the same time).
  • Action oriented and self-disciplined.
  • Ability to work on shifts.
